Validation Criteria

A customer is marked as invalid if:

  • Name is in the invalid list (guest, customer, cust, na, etc)
  • Name has less than 2 characters
  • Name has less than 2 alphabetic characters
  • Name contains only consonants (no vowels) with 3+ characters
  • Name is repeated single character (aaa, bb, xxxx)
  • Name contains numbers, dots, underscores, or @ symbols
  • Name is all uppercase acronym (ABC, XYZ)
